Presentation Guidelines

Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Presentations must be given in English. There will be no translation available. Presenters in topical sessions will be given a maximum of 15 minutes for their presentation, including questions. Given that we are running concurrent sessions, presenters will not be given the opportunity to go over their allocated time slot. Presenters in the plenary sessions will be provided a maximum of 20 minutes, including questions. An LCD projector and computer will be available in each meeting room. An electronic copy of your talk will be requested by the organizers the day before your scheduled presentation. A room will be available for presenters to go over their talks and/or make modifications. Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Posters should preferably be in English. Maximum poster size is 45 in. (115 cm) wide by 45 in. (115 cm) tall. Do not exceed the maximum poster size as your poster will not fit in the space available. Poster boards and velcro pads will be available. The official poster session will take place on the evening of Wednesday, 10 December, but posters will be available for viewing throughout the week. Posters may be set up as of Tuesday, 9 December in the morning and must be removed before 4 pm on Friday, 12 December. Poster board allocations will be provided to presenters upon registration.
